Refund policy

Effective for purchases placed on or after October 25, 2026. Purchases placed before this date remain covered by the return terms offered at the time of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your watch. Contact us at harborzone88watch@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label, or arrange return shipping at our expense. Returns are sent to Japan; please contact us before sending your package.

Change-of-mind returns

For new watches, the item must be unworn and unused, in the condition received, with its original packaging, accessories, and documents. For pre-owned watches, the item must be in the condition received, without additional wear, damage, or alterations, and include the packaging, accessories, and documents supplied with it. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge a restocking fee. After the return is received and inspected, we refund the product price. The original shipping charge separately paid at checkout is not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. If your order had free shipping, we will not deduct our outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Where a refund is due, we refund the product price and the original shipping charge and pay the return shipping cost. The unused/unworn and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not restrict your rights in these cases. The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any longer rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Refund processing

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Import duties and taxes

Duties, taxes, and clearance fees paid directly to a customs authority or carrier are not collected by us and are not included in our store refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any recovery of those charges may need to be requested from the authority or carrier.
