We focus on Japanese-market watches, including SEIKO and other established brands. Horizon Harbor Watches is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SEIKO, Hamilton, Casio, TAG Heuer, KUOE, or any other watch brand shown on this website. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

What we sell

Our store offers authentic watches that are inspected before shipment. Product pages state the model, condition, price, availability, and product details as clearly as possible so customers can review the item before purchase.

Shipping from Japan

Orders are shipped from Japan with tracking. We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post depending on the destination and service availability. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns and support

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping to Japan. For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price; the original shipping charge paid at checkout is not refundable. For defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, we cover return shipping and refund the product price and original shipping charge when a refund is due.
