Shipping policy

Horizon Harbor Watches ships orders from Japan to customers worldwide.

Processing time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and Japanese national holidays. Some items may require additional handling time; when this applies, we will contact you by email.

Carriers and tracking
We use reliable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post depending on the destination and service availability. A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and available service. The total amount is displayed before you complete payment.

Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout, and they are the customer's responsibility.
