Horizon Harbor Watches ships orders from Japan to customers worldwide. Shipping options, costs, duties, taxes, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and Japanese national holidays. Some items may require additional handling time; when this applies, we will contact you by email.

Carriers and tracking

We use reliable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post depending on the destination and service availability. A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and available service. The total amount is displayed before you complete payment.

Customs duties and import taxes
